As of today, Grit City Wellness is no longer enrolling new members through Renew Active or Silver&Fit / Active&Fit. All memberships currently supported by these programs will end on December 31, 2026.
The reimbursement we receive through these programs covers only a fraction of what it actually costs us to provide full access to the fitness center and every class on our schedule — the same access we price at $79/month. That gap has grown every year, and as a small, independent, locally owned gym here in Tacoma, we've reached the point where we can no longer absorb it without putting the business and our team's jobs at risk.
Memberships enrolled through Renew Active or Silver&Fit / Active&Fit will end on December 31, 2026. Until then, your access continues as normal.
We'd love for you to stay. If you convert to any standard Grit City Wellness membership on or before November 30, 2026, you'll receive 15% off the standard rate — and that discounted rate is locked in for as long as your membership stays active.
